PEA & POMEGRANATE GUACAMOLE
1 SERVE - 165 CALORIES
1 bag frozen peas
1 yellow onion
Juice of 1 lime
Sprigs of coriander
Sea salt to taste
Pomegranate seeds (optional)
1 piece pita bread
- Defrost a frozen bag of peas and mash them up in food processor, or by hand. Add to a large bowl.
- Add the diced onion, tomato, jalapeño, lime juice, coriander, and salt and stir together until everything is mixed together well.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds and serve with 1 slice of pita bread
